The swimming pool water at Asclepios is ionized thus free of chlorine and other harmful chemicals. For drinking water, the hotel and restaurant have a triple filter system. Asclepios restaurant tailors their food according to their guest’s demands and desires. Vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike will find their meals and organic veggies phenomenal. The chef uses fruits and vegetables fresh from their very own garden. May we recommend their coconut milk and basil vegetable casserole or their almond filled ricotta zucchini.

The tension releasing Swedish Massage relaxes the body and mind; the Lymphatic massage helps restore circulation of such vital system. Asclepios Spa patrons can also apply for a Deep Tissue Massage, Healing Stone Massage, Back Neck, and Shoulder Massage, Shiatsu or a Thai Massage. Travel Tips for Hotel Asclepios
The Asclepios Wellness & Healing Retreat is located in Alajuela. Not far from the Juan Santamaría International Airport and the capital city of San Jose, Costa Rica. The hotel lies on the route towards the Poas Volcano and Waterfall Gardens, two nearby places worth checking out during your travels here. Due to the location of this hotel, mild temperatures, and natural ventilation, AC is not offered in their rooms. Their food is vegetarian in large part. However, fish and chicken are also available. Asclepios hotel does not allow guests younger than 14 years of age.
